Ginger oil is produced from steam distilled of rhizome or rootstock of Zingiber officinale. At Mignon Sista, we are not only producing regular ginger oil but also fresh ginger oil. Fresh Ginger oil is distilled from ginger that has just been harvested, capturing more of the fresh, woody, and effervescent quality of the rhizomes. Both fresh and dried ginger oil has multitude of health benefits.
